Import Tax & Customs

📦 Import Tax & Customs

Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and VAT.

We would like to inform our international customers that orders shipped outside of Thailand may be subject to import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs clearance fees as determined by your local customs authority. These charges are:

  • Not included in the item price or shipping fee.
  • Paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Varied depending on each country’s import regulations.

Samuel2in1 is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees that may apply. We recommend that customers check with their local customs office for more detailed information on applicable taxes or duties before placing an order.

🇬🇧 For UK Customers:

All shipments to the UK may be subject to UK Import VAT and customs processing fees. The Customs Declaration Service (CDS) is used to manage import declarations and payments.

  • Refusal to pay import taxes may result in the parcel being returned to us or discarded. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
  • Customs clearance times may delay your order beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.
